Staff hospitality and support

location was amazing. staff very friendly. see view was beautiful.
i enjoyed my trip to the fullest. staff was very welcoming and always ready to answer my questions and give us guidance when needed.

View and location. The care and support of Mr. Ahmad at the front office is exceptional

balcony room was nicesugar-water fake orange juice, only 1 cup instant coffee for "free" breakfast, no water in room. Price was very expensive compared to my 7 other Alexandria hotels. Stairs to breakfast room (no elevator)

Property well maintained, nice atmosphere

The hotel is in a very good location. It's on the main street and 5 minutes from the sea bay.
Staffs are nice and patient. Breakfast good.
